Human Resource Management
1. Recruitment and Training of Human Resources
Expanding one's potential and growth by meeting and challenging various opportunities inside and outside the company
Septembercommercial affairsWith "Follow Your Heart" as our vision, we have been striving to realize a society in which each individual can follow his or her own curiosity and passion, make choices that are uniquely his or her own, and become absorbed in what is truly important to him or her. That is why we are working to create an environment in which we ourselves can be a pioneer and embody this vision. Employees deepen their self-understanding and autonomously create opportunities by discovering their own curiosity and strengths. The company provides employees with growth opportunities based on their potential and rewards commensurate with their duties. We believe that by keeping the wheels of both the employee and the company turning, we can help each individual grow further and return value to society.
Self-Understanding Mechanisms
We value dialogue and feedback so that curiosity and strengths can be uncovered through daily work. We are developing a system and support tools to help people recognize strengths they could not notice on their own through feedback from those around them, and to deepen their self-understanding of what they truly value through dialogue.
Will-Can-Must sheet
In order to make the most of each person's individuality and link what they want to do to their goals, a goal management sheet is used every six months, consisting of items for what the person wants to achieve (Will), strengths they want to utilize and challenges they want to overcome (Can), and missions that lead to business goals and skills development (Must). For each item, the individual and his or her supervisor will discuss and set the placement and mission so that the individual can work on them independently with passion.
2.how to work and where to work
An environment where each individual can choose the time and place to work according to his or her own lifestyle.
Respect for the individual is an important value at Kugatsu Shoji. We aim to realize this in the way we work as well. We expect each employee to be autonomous (self-disciplined, responsible, and able to make their own choices), and are actively working to create an environment in which they can work with passion and enthusiasm.
Working days and hours are not restricted
Average of approximately 3 days off per week per year
To enable each employee to work autonomously and flexibly, Recruit has established "flexible holidays," days off that employees can decide for themselves which days to take, in addition to calendar vacations and paid vacations.
The total number of days off per year is 145, with an average of 2.8 days off per week (approximately 3 days).
- *145 days off per year includes company holidays and 5 days off designated by the planned granting of annual paid leave.
shortened work hours
Work hours can be shortened for a certain period of time so that employees can concentrate on childcare and nursing care with a good balance between work and private time.
Unique leave system and support
We offer special leave that can be taken flexibly so that each individual can choose his or her own work style autonomously. In addition, we also offer Recruit's own systems and support to refresh your mind and body and to promote leave. In addition, we have a system to support the promotion of social contribution activities.
