- Vocational school or higher (computer related major preferred), 1-2 years of experience in operations and maintenance related work;

1. Respond to and handle issues and requests raised by customers in a timely manner and provide technical support;
2. Improve operation and maintenance processes, including business deployment, change, and maintenance, and increase operation and maintenance efficiency through script development and platform construction;
3. Establish, monitor, and troubleshoot various operation and maintenance metrics and customize data analysis standards;
4. To create business documents at the same time according to standardized SOPs for business operation and maintenance.
Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;
