Job Description
1, elaborate the sales task indicators issued by the company to decompose the monthly goals of the department personnel, guidance, supervision of the implementation process, ensure that sales targets are reached, and assist the company to carry out the company's administrative tasks, and the organization and implementation of business seminar meetings;
2、Maintain and establish good relationships with the division's major customers through work such as revisits, become familiar with the division's customer resources and cooperation with major customers, regularly discover customer categories and customer needs, provide a variety of services for different customer needs, and make regular visits;
3、Responsibly resolve customer complaints independently, analyze customer goals, and enhance the company's brand image through standardized and good service;
4, (monthly, quarterly) develop a phased personnel development and training plan, train senior personnel, and constantly optimize the department's team structure; promote and help meet team structure and performance requirements, as well as implement the company's performance evaluation system;
5, promote the implementation of major projects related to the company within the department, and the rational allocation of resources to ensure that projects within the department on time, quality completion;
Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;
