Salary: 2 to 3 million yen/year

Qualifications: (1) Education: University degree (2) Work experience: 1 year or more

Location: Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture

Application Requirements

1、Engineering related major or above, healthy and diligent, obedient to management, and follow the company's unified assignment;

2, Safety Manager C certification and Registered Safety Engineer certification are preferred;

3、With at least one year of related work experience in construction site safety supervision;

4、Constant organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and enterprise, and strong communication skills;

5, Familiarity with and familiarity with various building construction safety management codes;

Job Responsibilities

1、Establish project department safety production regulations, work procedures, and production safety accident emergency rescue plans;

2、Provide safety training to construction workers, and truthfully record production safety education and training.

3; Oversee the identification of major sources of project hazards and the implementation of safety controls. ;

4. Conduct emergency rescue drills for the project;

5. Observe work arrangements, supervise and inspect construction site safety and civilized construction, investigate hidden production safety problems in time, and submit proposals to improve safety production management.

6. Supervise the implementation of the unit's corrective measures related to occupational safety.

Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;

(2) Employee's pension: Company and individual pay 50-50; foreigners can apply for a refund at the time of retirement;

4) Japanese language training: 3 months (1.5 hours per day) N3 standard;

(5) Meals provided;

(6) Free commuting transportation

(vii) Annual paid leave: 10 days per year for annual paid leave beyond the first six months of employment, increasing by one day per year, up to a maximum of 20 days;

8) Holidays: All legal holidays in Japan are taken;

⑨Overtime allowance: 125% of hourly wage; 150% for working on holidays.

(10) Overtime work shall be limited to 45 hours per month and 360 hours per year;

Periodic medical checkups (11)

⑫Supplementary medical insurance (100% coverage of medical expenses) (including foreign employees and their family members) (after 1 year of employment)

⑬ Social insurance (required by law): health insurance (70% for companies, 30% for individuals), unemployment insurance (available if unemployed for 6 months), work accident insurance (covers all injuries and illnesses of employees due to work);

⑭ Housing assistance: the company provides meals and housing for up to 4 people in a dormitory of 6m² per person;

(15) Winter and summer - high and low temperature allowance (15 days' salary, 1 month's salary after 1 year);

⑯ Assistance with visa and administrative formalities (visa status, resident registration, opening bank accounts, etc.)
