Job Description: .

1、Follow up and provide guidance on the production readiness status of new model parts for each supplier.

2、Investigate problems and risks in each supplier's production preparation process, and assist in problem solving so that delivery time nodes for new models can be incorporated appropriately.

3、Develop and implement a production readiness management policy for new parts suppliers.

4、Investigate the progress of new model suppliers' drawing production and adjust the design of drawing production time in line with the supplier's situation.

5. Encourage suppliers' production readiness capabilities and guide suppliers to enhance their on-site management capabilities.

Qualifications

1、Technical school or above, preferably in vehicle engineering or mechanical automation.

2、Exemplary experience in project management, TPS improvement, and other related experience is preferred, as well as being an exemplary leader.

3、A cheerful personality, serious, responsible and proactive in doing things.

4, Good communication, coordination, teamwork and stress tolerance;

Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;
