technical skill
1, Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python/Java/C++, with a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures;
2, Familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and working experience with generative models (GAN, Transformer, diffusion models, etc.);
3, Familiarity with the AIGC technology stack and familiarity with application development and tuning of at least one mainstream generative model (GPT series, stable diffusion, LLaMA, etc.);
4, Engineering proficiency, familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and other containerization technologies, understanding of model compression, distributed inference, and other performance optimization techniques;
5, Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and multimodal technologies is preferred;

Job Description
1, responsible for developing and landing AIGC (Generative Artificial Intelligence) related products such as text generation, image generation, audio and video generation, and multimodal interaction;
2, Participate in application layer development of AI models, docking with the underlying algorithm team to complete engineering deployment of AI models, interface packaging, and performance optimization;
3、Develop AIGC tool chain and platform function modules to realize core functions such as automatic content generation, personalized recommendation, and dialogue;
4, Study mainstream AIGC frameworks (GPT, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, etc.) and combine them with business needs to fine-tune the model and conduct secondary development;
5, Design and optimize the entire chain process, including data preprocessing, model inference, and post-processing of results, to improve the quality and efficiency of the generated content;
6, to track the dynamics of cutting-edge technologies in the AIGC field and explore innovative application scenarios for generative AI in the industry;
Work with product, design, and algorithm teams to complete demand analysis, technical solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;
