Application Requirements

1. University degree or above and experience in spare parts supplier management;

2. Experience communicating and negotiating with suppliers and adaptable to factory visits and other business travel;

3. Excellent market sensitivity and data analysis skills to accurately identify market demand;

4. Innovative thinking and continuous learning ability, able to continuously adapt to changes in developing areas of the supply chain;

5. Possess excellent professional ethics and a sense of integrity, and be able to protect the company's business secrets;

professional responsibility

1. Experienced in supply chain and factory development, with experience in developing factory goods supply chain for foreign trade exports;

2. Responsible for cross-border e-commerce platform product procurement tasks, including online and offline supplier development, inquiries, negotiations, order follow-up, and delivery management, according to the needs of the operating departments;

3. Evaluate and analyze the existing supply chain, look for opportunities and ways to optimize, and discuss product improvements and innovations with suppliers to make products more competitive;

4. Actively participate in the company's cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans to improve procurement efficiency and control costs by optimizing procurement processes, developing quality suppliers, and negotiating cost reductions;

5. Good communication skills, and works in a cooperative manner across departments.

Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;

(2) Employee's pension: Company and individual pay 50-50; foreigners can apply for a refund at the time of retirement;

⑬ Social insurance (required by law): health insurance (70% for companies, 30% for individuals), unemployment insurance (available if unemployed for 6 months), work accident insurance (covers all injuries and illnesses of employees due to work);

⑭ Housing assistance: the company provides meals and housing for up to 4 people in a dormitory of 6m² per person;

(15) Winter and summer - high and low temperature allowance (15 days' salary, 1 month's salary after 1 year);
