- 01. Resume Submission
- Job seekers submit their electronic resumes to a company-designated mailbox.
- 02. Interview
- The company mailbox receives the resume and forwards it to the job seeker contact person, who contacts me and arranges an appropriate company position about your company's personnel for an interview in about 1-3 business days.
- 03. Offer
- The results of the first three interviews will be notified in the form of an email with the offer attached.
- 04. Obtain Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
- You may be asked to submit a resume, certificate of education, etc. (to be handled by the Company). (To be handled by the Company)
- 05. Preparation of necessary documents
- Passport: An Indian passport valid for at least three months from the date of intended travel, with at least two blank pages.
Visa application form: completed and signed by the applicant.
Photo: Usually meets the photo requirement for a Japanese work visa.
Certificate of Eligibility (COE): Issued by the Japanese Immigration Bureau, this is an important document when applying for a work visa.
Work-related documents: a job offer letter specifying the position, salary, and duration of employment; a resume attesting to work experience and education; and original certificates of education and relevant credentials attesting to qualifications.
Other documents: Depending on the type of visa, other documents may be required, such as a certificate of passing a proficiency test for a specific skill visa.
- 06. Work Visa
- Visa approval usually takes 5 to 10 business days, but may be extended by one day depending on the number of applications and other factors. After approval, a Japanese work visa will be issued.
- 07. Sign the contract
- Sign the electronic contract.
- 08. Working in Japan
- Bring the above required documents and begin working in Japan.
