Job Description:
1, mainly responsible for the improvement and optimization of automotive open and closed parts production assembly process, planning of new production line process layout, and ensure that the project is a normal landing;
2, Responsible for the creation and maintenance of assembly parts production process related documents (PFMEA, list particulars, process flowcharts, control plans, operating instructions, etc.);
3、Design and acceptance inspection of production and inspection tools;
4、Lead the landing of the production line error prevention and anti-defective project, comprehensive review of the production line to improve efficiency and quality assurance capability;
5, Each year should develop a program to reduce material and manufacturing costs and lead the landing of projects;
6, responsible for the overall quality of the product manufacturing process operation, production of quality and quality problems, improve promotion.
Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;
