Application Requirements

  1. College degree or higher in finance, accounting, auditing or other related field;

2. 2+ years of financial experience in financial planning or corporate finance industry and familiarity with relevant business processes and financial processing points;

3. Solid financial expertise with a thorough knowledge of finance, taxation, auditing, and other relevant laws, regulations, and policies;

4. Proficient in financial and office software and able to use Excel for financial data analysis;

5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;

6. Strong learning and problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to new situations and new problems in financial operations.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the day-to-day accounting processes of the company, including the preparation of vouchers, account registrations, and financial statements, ensuring that financial data is accurate, timely, and complete;

2. Perform financial and tax planning tasks and combine with the company's business and tax policies to create a rational tax planning program to reduce tax costs and prevent tax risks;

  1. Participate in corporate fundraising related activities, assisting in the preparation of financial information required for fundraising and developing and implementing fundraising programs;
  2. Perform financial analysis and provide data support for decision making by regularly analyzing financial position, operating results, and cash flow;
  3. Maintain good communication with tax, banking, and other relevant departments to ensure timely tax reporting and cash settlements;

Year-end bonus: 1-3 months of fixed salary;

(2) Employee's pension: Company and individual pay 50-50; foreigners can apply for a refund at the time of retirement;

(iii) Vocational training;

4) Japanese language training: 3 months (1.5 hours per day) N3 standard;

(5) Meals provided;

(6) Free commuting transportation

(vii) Annual paid leave: 10 days per year for annual paid leave beyond the first six months of employment, increasing by one day per year, up to a maximum of 20 days;

8) Holidays: All legal holidays in Japan are taken;

⑨Overtime allowance: 125% of hourly wage; 150% for working on holidays.

(10) Overtime work shall be limited to 45 hours per month and 360 hours per year;

⑬ Social insurance (required by law): health insurance (70% for companies, 30% for individuals), unemployment insurance (available if unemployed for 6 months), work accident insurance (covers all injuries and illnesses of employees due to work);

⑭ Housing assistance: the company provides meals and housing for up to 4 people in a dormitory of 6m² per person;

(15) Winter and summer - high and low temperature allowance (15 days' salary, 1 month's salary after 1 year);
